Privacy policy

This notice explains how the personal data of visitors to www.dista.space, and of anyone who writes through the contact form, are processed under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003. The Italian version of this notice is the legally binding one.

What data I collect
- Data sent through the contact form: name, email, requested service, message text.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser, pages visited and times, recorded automatically by the server and, only with your consent, by Google Analytics.

Who the data is shared with
Data is never sold or made public. It is processed by these providers, acting as data processors:
- Web3Forms: forwards messages sent through the form to the controller’s email.
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc., USA): checks that whoever sends the form is not an automated program.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.): visit statistics, only if you accept statistics cookies. The IP address is anonymised.
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.): provides the website’s typefaces and receives your IP address in order to send them to your browser.
- The website’s hosting provider.
Some of these providers may transfer data to the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
At any time you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@dista.space. If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
